One of our customers had a mishap with his special edition Xbox One and damaged his favourite console by dropping it when moving it into another room, the HDMI port was badly damaged and needed replacing.
He got in touch, booked his machine in and his HDMI port was replaced, reassembled and his Xbox One was back to him in tip top condition.
