Whilst the drives in next generation consoles function great when you offer a disc and it effortlessly slides in, there is a downside. Young kids find it great to push things into these drives without a care in the world – coins, Lego, bottle tops, we even found some hand held console cartridges in one!
This is why we offer this service to dismantle the PS4 that has a disc drive jammed. Normally it’s a case of removing the offending item and checking all of the cogs are still in the correct place in the PS4 disc drive.
