Not a repair we see very often with the Nintendo 3DS-XL as it’s normally a case of the LCD screen failing.
If you have no video output on the 3DS-XL bottom screen but there is video output on the top screen then it’ll need replacing.
Please note we use the original Nintendo 3DS-XL console touch screen as they are two separate components. If the touch screen is failing you need to select that repair.
