As you can see from the images this A1502 MacBook Pro has taken a substantial amount of damage but was brought into us quickly which helps limit potential damage that we may not be able to repair.
The areas in question were thoroughly cleaned with some components removed, cleaned and re soldered using hot air micro soldering. Once we were happy with this we then clean the board in a chemical solution in our ultrasonic bath and reassemble the machine for testing
In this case the MacBook sprang back into life and was returned to a happy customer.
