To send us your device for repair via post please follow these simple steps....
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 .....
Step 1 - Information We Need
When sending us a parcel, you need to provide the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone (for SMS)
- Preferred Method of Contact (SMS / Email)
- Device Serial Number
- Nature of the Fault - Include as many details about the fault(s) as possible, also include any password and/or PIN required to access the device.
Step 2 - Select Your Method
To make life easier we have 2 easy options to provide the information above:
- Online Mail Order Booking In Form - which will email the details directly to us
- Downloadable Printable Form - to print out and include in the parcel
Step 3 - Sending Your Parcel
When sending your parcel to us, please keep in mind the following:
- Make sure your device is packed correctly and ideally insured to its full value
- If your fault is a disc read error, then please include at least one test game

What Happens Next?
Once we have received your device we will contact you by your preferred method with a quote and any further information we may wish to give you. If you are happy with the price we carry the work out and contact you for payment, once your device has been repaired and paid for we then send it back by your preferred method of courier.
The customer is responsible for postage both ways unless agreed beforehand, we have several methods we can return goods to you, faster ones cost more than 2 to 5 day services.
All of our repairs carry a 3 month warranty unless agreed beforehand. Our current payment methods are PayPal, Credit / Debit card, or BACS payment.
