Video can be recorded into XVID straight from your tv into the hard drive at the touch of a button or via the built in timer. all of the menu can be fully accesed via the supplied remote control  and there's even slots for  SD, MMC and CF memory cards.

The Zengo Digital Video Player and Recorder takes any 3.5" ide hard disk drive and installation takes no more than 15 minutes. Firmware updates, if required can be implemented via a pc to keep your Zengo Digital Video Player and Recorder 100% up to date.

So in short all you need is an IDE hard drive to install into the Zengo Digital Video Player and Recorder 3.5" Enclosure and your away!
