Shipping
We currently offer delivery by Royal Mail postal service and UK Courier for UK Orders and Airmail for International orders.

All products ordered before 2pm GMT will typically be immediately dispatched and should, under normal circumstances, arrive the next working day in the UK. We do not offer next day delivery on orders after 2.00pm on Friday or the weekend, as our courier does not offer a weekend service. Time for International orders will vary.


Shipping Types

UK Shipping Methods

  • Recorded Delivery

  • Signature required on delivery. No guaranteed delivery date, but typically 1 to 3 days.

  • Special Delivery

  • Next day delivery (not guaranteed) before 1:00pm GMT. Goods insured to the value of £500.

  • UK Courier

  • Guaranteed Next working day delivery. Signature required on delivery.


    International Shipping Methods

  • EU & US Shipping

  • Delivery times will vary. Delivered to all EU countries and the US/Canada.

  • Airmail Small Packages - Signed-For

  • Delivery times will vary. This method is used for very small packages, for example, Upgrade Devices.

    Note: Not all options will be available at one time. Only the most suitable methods of shipping will be offered depending on your location and the weight of the goods. In all instances, you will be shown how much shipping will cost.




    Returns
    We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

    If you have purchased an item from us which is faulty, or develops a fault within 12 months through normal use you can return it to the address below.

    Under the European Union Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. This means you can return your unwanted order within 7 days of receiving it in its original condition to:

    You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

    In the case of faulty goods please ensure they are faulty and not merely being used incorrectly.

    All returned goods must carry their original order number with a covering letter describing the fault.

    Please Note: Goods which are returned as faulty, but prove to be in working condition, will be liable for a small charge to cover return postage.

    If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. Faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced depending on the fault.


    Payment
    You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. There is no surcharge added to the cost of the items. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. Your card details are NOT stored on our server, for added security. We can very proudly say that there has never been a single incident of Credit Card fraud using our secure server.

    You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Please make payable to Whitedog. You can find our postal address on the website.
    Cash payment will only be accepted if sent to us by Special Delivery or insured transport.
