The PS2 / PS1 NTSC to PAL Converter is used to display import games which run in black and white in full colour on a TV set without a scart socket.
The PS2 / PS1 Pal Converter will allow 50hz TV sets, that do not normally display 60hz NTSC games in colour, to do just that!
If your picture on your PS2 or PS1 Console is black and white but the screen is not stable this will not be cured by using a PS2 PAL Converter.
