One of the common problems with PS2 Consoles (although predominant in V 5/6 PS2 consoles) is the PS2 Laser Arm loses it’s elasticity and causes poor loading, waiting times to eject the tray after pressing the eject button with an annoying grinding noise and in extreme cases the disk won’t load at all.
The version 9 and 10 consoles had the plastic arm replaced with a metal version to cure this problem, or so they thought!!
We've located some of the original replacements to get your machine up and running again.
